Refunds will be offered on all unopened items within 30 days of receipt as long as they are packed, sealed and in saleable condition. We will issue a refund excluding delivery fees within 5 working days on receipt of the returns and may take up to 10 working days to be credited in your account.
Due to the fragile nature of our products, our goods are properly packed and sealed prior to delivery. We will not be directly responsible for any loss or damage to goods incurred on delivery. However, we would be willing to investigate such nature as necessary and we would be willing to work to a solution that satisfies both parties.
You are responsible for re-packing items, preferably in the same packaging in which you received them. The package is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend you use a service such as tracked and signed for.
Please contact customer service to request returns authorisation and further steps will then be sent to you.
Sale items cannot be returned. If for any reason we cannot accept an item for return within your parcel, either due to its condition or another reason, we will inform you of this.
